EdH software released version 3.1 of its, digital microscope software on Tuesday. Enhancements include an Onion skin effect for stop motion movies, additional shapes in the live drawing mode, 'reflect black' and 'reflect white' special effects, and a fix for not properly quitting on Intel Macs connected to certain microscopes. The miXscope application allows users to take snapshots or create time-lapse or stop motion movies with QX3/QX3+, QX5, MiScope, ProScope, Dino-Lite, and Dino-Eye USB microscopes as well as the Apple iSight camera.
